Site Preparation
Rotted Deck & Playset
Removal and disposal of 500 sq ft rotted deck and old playset
Grading
Leveled out lower portions in the back to prepare the site for perimeter fencing
Overgrowth
Clearing and removal of overgrowth, debris and dead trees
Construction
Screen Porch & Patio
New 16’x12’ gable roof screen porch with stair access on both sides
New 16’ x 8’ entertaining deck with gated access to lower hot tub area
Fencing
Combination of heights and horizontal slat styling variations
Created functionality, a very clean aesthetic and a division of work and play
Hardscaping
Fire Pit
Large crushed gravel pit with dry set boulders and bordered with cobblestone
Lower Patio
Installed 315 sq ft hot tub patio which can be accessed directly off the entertaining deck
Paver Walkway
Avondale-colored pavers set in a running bond pattern, creating access from both sides of the home into the backyard
